- Lead, develop, and mentor the Direct Sales team (~10 FTEs) to drive strong performance and accountability.
- Consistently achieve targeted bookings growth across the EMEA region.
- Boost Sales Rep productivity by improving activity levels, workflow efficiency, and overall effectiveness.
- Coach the team to deliver faster, higher-quality customer interactions throughout the sales cycle.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales talent to support ongoing expansion.
- Align best practices across Sales, ensuring smooth collaboration between Direct Sales and Channel (Indirect) partners.
- Work closely with Revenue Operations, Sales Engineering, Marketing, People Operations, and IT to remove roadblocks and streamline processes.
- Partner with Service and Product teams to influence post-sales support strategies and contribute insights to the product roadmap.
- Represent Manufacturing.co at trade shows, industry events, and customer engagements.
