Terms of Service
The terms governing your access to and use of this website. Last updated June 25, 2026.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of manufacturing.co and related content and services (collectively, the “Site”), operated by Manufacturing.co (“Manufacturing.co,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site.
2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for businesses and for individuals who are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.
3. Use of the Site
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your own internal business and informational purposes, subject to these Terms. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
- Introduce malware or any harmful or disruptive code
- Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users
- Use automated means to access the Site except for standard search-engine indexing
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without permission
- Use the Site to send unsolicited or unauthorized communications
5. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the “M.” wordmark, illustrations, diagrams, layout, and software — are owned by or licensed to Manufacturing.co and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Site or its content without our prior written consent. All trademarks and trade names not owned by us are the property of their respective owners.
6. Your Submissions
When you submit information through a form or otherwise communicate with us, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You grant us the right to use the information you submit to respond to and evaluate your inquiry and to operate our business, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential information of third parties without authorization.
7. No Professional Advice
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. It is not a substitute for advice from qualified professionals who know your specific circumstances. You should not act or refrain from acting on the basis of Site content without seeking appropriate professional advice.
8. Acquisition, Succession, and Transition Discussions
Manufacturing.co discusses acquisition, recapitalization, succession, and ownership-transition topics on the Site and with interested owners. All such information and discussions are general and informational, and are non-binding.
Nothing on the Site or in any preliminary discussion constitutes an offer to buy or sell a business, a commitment to enter into a transaction, a valuation, or a guarantee of any offer, price, terms, or outcome. Any indication of interest or value is preliminary, is subject to due diligence, and is non-binding. A transaction, if any, would be governed solely by definitive written agreements signed by the parties.
9. Forward-Looking and Illustrative Statements
Statements about potential results, savings, timelines, or improvements (including ROI estimates, calculators, and example metrics) are illustrative and forward-looking. Actual results depend on many factors specific to your business and are not guaranteed.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, content, and services that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience only and do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party sites or services, or for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any content is accurate, complete, or current.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANUFACTURING.CO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE — WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Manufacturing.co and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Confidentiality of Communications
We treat owner and inquiry communications as confidential and share them only as needed to evaluate fit, under appropriate agreements, as described in our Privacy Policy. We cannot, however, promise absolute confidentiality against all circumstances, and information transmitted over the internet is not guaranteed to be secure. Please do not send highly sensitive information through the Site.
15. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect information. Please review it to understand our practices.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Manufacturing.co maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.
19. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Manufacturing.co regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
