Capabilities
The shop runs 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling on Haas and Chiron platforms, with two Haas UMC-750SS and UMC-1000SS machines for complex geometry. CNC turning includes three Mori Seiki CL200 models and four Mori Seiki machines equipped with live tooling and sub-spindle capability. Wire EDM (Robocut) and sinker EDM (Sodick) support precision electrode and cavity work. The shop also operates four OMAX waterjet cutters (80X, two 55100, 2652 models), a Messer CNC plasma table, TIG and MIG welding, and manual machining on 12 knee mills and 10 lathes. Finishing includes powder coating, Cerakote ceramic coating, sandblasting, and military specification painting. Inspection is performed with a Mitutoyo Strato-Apex 9106 CMM, FARO Vantage laser tracker, and articulated measuring arm.

Equipment
Milling capacity spans 16 three-axis Haas machines (VF-OE, VF-1, VF-3, VF-5, VF-7, VF-10, VF-11, VC-400SS with pallet changer, VF-2SS with cobot robot, and VF-2YT), three Chiron FZ-series mills, plus two five-axis Haas UMC machines. Turning is supported by Mori Seiki CL200A and CL200B models and four live-tooling NL-series machines. Manual backup includes 12 knee mills and 10 conventional lathes. Three-ton overhead crane enables part handling.
